Although we offer a generic trip package to you upon request, we give you complete access to any wish your group may have and offer many great options/exchanges. Several of our groups enjoy the fact that they are able to add, exchange or even get rid of certain events that do/don’t pertain to their group.
Student Payment Plans >> Your Way !! Along with the ability to change the events in your trip that we have provided however your group would prefer, Student Adventure Travel also gives you the opportunity to address payment plans that fit your group’s needs. This is wonderful for every group alike as it provides a chance for the students to pay in installments, that way they aren’t “breaking the bank” by paying in full. Plus, we give equal opportunities to each school in the sense that the schools can pay for the campus to campus motor coach charter while students pay for the “Lodging-Meal -Activity & Events” portion of the personalized trip package if your group wishes to do that instead. Several schools like to take advantage of this. We also provide different payment options via a payment portal OR school district/group bank account checks.
Apart from the several payment options and the activity choices, we also offer great flexibility when it comes to size of groups. We try to provide as many opportunities no matter the size of your group for each and every destination and try to keep the price at a great rate for each individual. Typically school groups of 24 or more are offered group pricing where smaller groups or 23 passengers or less take advantage of our “Small Group Packages”.
