Overview of the Teacher Referral Program
Do you know a teacher or group leader who is the class sponsor for a 2027’s Senior Class Trip? Or maybe needs assistance organizing their senior class’s end-of-year graduation trip? Student Adventure Travel is here to help! By referring such individuals to us, you can earn rewards through our Teacher/Sponsor Referral Program.
Who Can Participate and Earn Rewards?
We invite you, whether you are a teacher, parent, current student, or alumni, to participate. Individuals or school organizations are eligible to receive $500 in pre-paid Visas for each successful referral of a senior class trip sponsor or teacher for the 2027 graduating class.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek high school senior class sponsors for the 2027 graduating class to whom we can send a class trip proposal. Referrals can come from schools in your local area or any other part of the country. You are encouraged to suggest three or four teachers at different schools who might be interested.
How the Referral Program Works
- Submit a Referral: Email us with the subject “Teacher/Sponsor Referral Program” or “TSRP.” Please include the name of the person you are referring, their high school name and city, and your best contact information so we can process your pre-paid Visa reward cards. It is important you chat w/them to make sure they are wanting support in planning a graduation trip for their senior class.
- Proposal and Deposit: We will send your referral a class trip bid. If the referred teacher or sponsor makes a group deposit for a group of 40 or more students, you will receive a $250 pre-paid Visa within 30 days of their deposit.
- Groups Final Payment prior to their classes’ trip: Once the same group makes their final trip payment, you will receive a second $250 pre-paid Visa card within 30 days, bringing your total reward to $500.
No Risk to You
There is no risk involved in making a referral. If the teacher, sponsor, or parent you talk to and recommend for a 2027senior class trip deposits and pays for a group of 40 or more students, you will receive a total of $500 in rewards. These Visa cards can be used anywhere that accepts Visa!!
